*Holiday and festival weekends always require a minimum of 3 nights and will not be reserved more than 3 weeks in advance unless you reserve at least a 4 night stay.
Holidays and festivals book up quickly and the rate for holidays and festivals is the high season rate. The minimum booking is a requirement. Busy times include Christmas, New Years, the April Arts Festival, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Pirate Festival in fall, and the Seafood Festival in October. Please email us with questions.
A credit card number or check for one night's stay is required to reserve stays of up to one week. Longer stays require at least a week's rental deposit.
